Create an API key in Integrations & API, send it in the x-api-key header, then use /api/integrations/invoices and /api/integrations/exports/latest.
Most common causes: mismatched secret, invalid HMAC signature, or timestamp outside allowed window. Also verify x-docextract-signature, x-docextract-event, and x-docextract-timestamp headers.
Check PDF access (pdfUrl/pdfKey), document quality, then retry extraction. If it still fails, share the invoice ID with support.
In Workflows, enable rules (amount threshold, new supplier, anomaly). Matching invoices then require approval before validation/export.
