1. Purpose
DocExtract Pro provides a SaaS platform for supplier invoice processing: AI extraction, validation, search, notifications, approval workflows, export, accounting integrations, and API access.
2. Accounts and access
- Use of the service requires a valid user account.
- Access can be managed across teams with role-based permissions (RBAC).
- Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for actions performed from their account.
3. Plans and billing
- The service includes a free starter plan (10 invoices), then paid plans based on volume and features.
- Pricing, limits, and options are displayed on the billing page at the time of subscription.
- In case of unpaid invoices or payment failure, access to some features may be suspended until payment is regularized.
4. Acceptable use
Users agree not to:
- use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes,
- bypass technical or security limits (API, authentication, roles),
- intentionally upload malicious content,
- resell platform access without written authorization.
5. Data and user responsibility
Users warrant they hold the required rights for imported documents and ensure that processing complies with applicable legal obligations.
AI-extracted data must be reviewed before final accounting or tax use. The service assists processing, but does not replace user business controls.
6. Service availability
DocExtract Pro uses reasonable efforts to maintain service availability. Planned (maintenance, security, updates) and unplanned interruptions may occur.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, source code, design, models, and content are protected by intellectual property rights. Unless otherwise agreed, only a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service is granted.
8. Limitation of liability
DocExtract Pro cannot be held liable for consequences of incorrect validation, incorrect business configuration, or non-compliant use of the service.
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher's liability is limited to direct damages and to amounts paid by the customer during the relevant contractual period.
9. Suspension and termination
The publisher may suspend or terminate an account in case of serious breach of these Terms, especially in cases of abusive use, fraud, or security threats.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution before legal action.
